The Services include, but are not limited to, the Sakay website (sakay.ph), Traincheck, Sakay Lite for Free Basics, the Route Explorer, Live GPS Tracker, and the native mobile apps available on platform app stores.

Intellectual Property and Ownership

All information, content, designs, branding, methods, and features provided in the Services are the intellectual property of Sakay Mobility Philippines Corporation unless otherwise noted.

You may not collect, save, copy, reshare, publish, or reuse any of this intellectual property, in original or in modified form, unless given express written consent by Sakay Mobility Philippines Corporation.

You may not use any of this intellectual property to augment or improve another service unless given express written consent by Sakay Mobility Philippines Corporation

You may not use automated systems or software to extract data from the Services for any purpose, unless given express written consent by Sakay Mobility Philippines Corporation

You may not use or reverse engineer the underlying APIs used in the Services in any manner unless given express written consent by Sakay Mobility Philippines Corporation

We reserve the right to use comments, feedback and suggestions to improve the site, without any obligation to or permission from the sender.

Liability

You may not hold Sakay Mobility Philippines Corporation. liable for any accident, misdirection, or other incident due to usage of any information from the Services.

Advertisements

Sakay Mobility Philippines Corporation reserves the right to display advertisements on its website, apps, and related services.

Sakay Mobility Philippines Corporation reserves the right to collect anonymized information about your usage of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, location data, usage patterns, cookies, and information typed into fields.

Separately, we also use Google AdSense and AdMob, for third-party advertising. By using the Services, you agree that AdMob and AdSense may place and read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons to collect information as a result of ad serving. By signing in with your phone number, you consent to your phone number being anonymously sent to and stored by Google to improve their spam and abuse prevention across Google services.

Use of Location Data in Mobile Apps

The Services may use your location as provided by GPS, cell-towers, or Wi-Fi. This use of your location is opt-in and you may choose not to provide your location by adjusting your phone's privacy settings.

For the purposes of providing direction information, the Services use this data to show and update your location on the map, and as a shortcut for setting origin or destination.

Sakay Mobility Philippines Corporation's analytics may collect your location in a non-identifiable, anonymized manner for use as described in the previous section, but individual searches are not associated with your location.
